Submit a Feature Request
Overview
Trakstar Hire welcomes feature requests from customers. Your feedback helps the product team understand how customers use the platform and identify opportunities for future improvements.
While every request is reviewed, submitting a feature request does not guarantee that the feature will be added to the product or included on the development roadmap.
Submit a Feature Request
To submit a feature request:
- Contact the Trakstar Hire Support team.
- Describe the feature or enhancement you would like to see.
- Explain:
- The problem you're trying to solve.
- How your current workflow is affected.
- How the requested feature would improve your experience.
Providing detailed business context helps the product team better evaluate your request.
You can also submit a Feature Request in our Product board directly through this link.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?
Feature requests are reviewed by the product team as part of ongoing product planning.
When evaluating requests, the team considers factors such as:
- Customer demand.
- Business impact.
- Product strategy.
- Technical feasibility.
- Overall platform priorities.
Because many factors influence product planning, Support cannot provide timelines or guarantee that a requested feature will be implemented.
Best Practices for Feature Requests
To help the team understand your request:
- Describe the business problem instead of only proposing a solution.
- Include specific examples or workflows when possible.
- Explain who would benefit from the enhancement.
- Mention any workarounds you're currently using.
Detailed requests provide valuable context for product evaluation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be notified if my feature is added?
Feature requests are retained for product planning, but individual updates may not be provided. Keep an eye on product release notes and announcements for information about new features.
Can I request changes to an existing feature?
Yes. Enhancement requests for existing functionality are reviewed the same way as requests for entirely new features.
Can I submit multiple feature requests?
Yes. You can submit as many requests as needed. It's generally helpful to submit each request separately so the product team can evaluate each enhancement independently.
Our Product Philosophy
Here at Hire, our product philosophy is to build items that help the most users. For this reason, we consider requests holistically, with a lens on how they'll affect all users, across the board. We then write out Product Roadmaps, one quarter at a time, to plan out this work.
Our team will decide if a feature will be useful across the board, for all Hire users, and then will find a fit on our Product Roadmap.
While we do consider every request, we can't guarantee that we will be able to implement the feature - and we can't share specific timelines of when you may see this update.
Though we are always looking for ways to improve the Hire system, we cannot implement every feature request we receive.
