Enroll in Super Admin Training

Welcome to Trakstar Hire!

If you're a new Super Admin, getting familiar with the platform can feel overwhelming at first. Trakstar Academy offers training resources designed to help you learn the system, understand key workflows, and confidently manage your organization's hiring process.

How to Access Trakstar Academy

Find the course you'd like to take, and click on it from the main page.

This will launch the course in Trakstar Learn.  Click on Get Started to, well, get started!

This will bring you to Trakstar Academy's Learn account, where you must self-register.  This login differs from your own Trakstar Learn, Hire, or Perform login. 

If you’ve taken one of our courses before, you likely already have an account. You may be redirected to the Log In page automatically, or you can select "Already have an account? Log in" from the registration page.

If you’re unsure of your password, click "Forgot password?" to reset it and regain access to your account.

Troubleshooting

If you do not have an account and keep reaching the login page, try opening Trakstar Academy in a private browsing or incognito window.
