Enroll In Super Admin Training

Being a new super admin can feel like a lot. Don't fear! We have you covered with tons of training options for all different types of learners.

We suggest you start with our online training courses for Hire (Recruiterbox) from within Trakstar Academy. These courses are designed specifically for new admins, and help you get up and running like a pro! You can enroll in these here.

How to Access Trakstar Academy

Find the course you'd like to take, and click on it from the main page.

This will launch the course in Trakstar Learn.  Click on Get Started to, well - get started!

This will bring you to Trakstar's Learn account.  You will need to self-register.  This login is not the same as your own Trakstar Learn, Hire, or Perform login.  

If you have taken any of our courses before, you will have a login - you may be redirected to the Log in screen or click on Already have an account? Log in. from the registration page.  If you are unsure of your password, click on Forgot password? to force a password reset

Troubleshooting

If you do not have an account and keep reaching the Log in page, try opening Trakstar Academy in a private browsing or incognito window.
