Enroll in Super Admin Training

Welcome! We're glad you're here!

Being a new Super Admin can feel overwhelming, but Trakstar Academy provides training designed to help you get up and running quickly. We recommend starting with the online training courses for Trakstar Hire available through Trakstar Academy. These courses are designed specifically for new Super Admins and provide a strong foundation for using the platform.

After completing the courses, you can continue learning with these additional resources:

Access Trakstar Academy

To begin your training:

Open Trakstar Academy.
From the main page, select the course you want to take.
Click Get Started.
The course will open in Trakstar Learn.
Create a Trakstar Academy Learn account by completing the self-registration process.

Note: Your Trakstar Academy Learn login is separate from your Trakstar Hire, Trakstar Learn, or Trakstar Perform account credentials.

Returning Users

If you've taken Trakstar Academy courses before:

Select Already have an account? Log in if you're taken to the registration page.
If you don't remember your password, select Forgot password? to reset it.

Troubleshooting

If you do not already have a Trakstar Academy account but continue reaching the login page:

Open Trakstar Academy in a private or incognito browser window.
Try registering again.

I still can't access Trakstar Academy
