Enroll in Hiring Manager Training
Welcome! We are so glad to have you here!
Being a new Hiring Manager can feel like a lot. Don't fear! We have you covered with tons of training options for all different types of learners, and you'll be hiring your next team member in no time!
The first step is to reach out to your account Super Admin. This is the person on your team who set up (or administers!) your Trakstar Hire account. Since the account is set up to your team's hiring workflow, these folks can provide the best context for your day-to-day role as a Hiring Manager.
After that, we suggest you start with our online training courses for Trakstar Hire. These courses are designed specifically for new admins and for Hiring Managers, to teach you how to manage candidates inside of your account, and help you get up and running like a pro! You can find these in Trakstar Academy.

How to Access Trakstar Academy
Find the course you'd like to take, and click on it from the main page.
This will launch the course in Trakstar Learn. Click on Get Started to, well - get started!
This will bring you to Trakstar's Learn account. You will need to self-register. This login is not the same as your own Trakstar Learn, Hire, or Perform login.
If you have taken any of our courses before, you will have a login - you may be redirected to the Log in screen or click on Already have an account? Log in. from the registration page. If you are unsure of your password, click on Forgot password? to force a password reset
