Enroll in Hiring Manager Training

Welcome to Trakstar Hire! As a new Hiring Manager, you'll play an important role in your organization's hiring process. Whether you're reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, or making hiring decisions, Trakstar Academy offers training to help you get started.

Start with Your Super Admin

Before beginning your training, connect with your organization's Super Admin.

Your Super Admin is the person who manages your company's Trakstar Hire account and understands your organization's hiring workflow. They can help you:

Explain your role in the hiring process.
Answer questions about your organization's recruiting workflow.
Confirm the permissions and access you need.
Recommend the most relevant training for your responsibilities.

Complete Trakstar Academy Training

After speaking with your Super Admin, enroll in the recommended Trakstar Academy courses for Hiring Managers.

These courses are designed to help you learn how to:

Navigate Trakstar Hire.
Review and manage candidates.
Participate in your organization's hiring process.
Use common Hiring Manager features with confidence.

Access Trakstar Academy

To launch your training:

Open Trakstar Academy.
Select the course you'd like to complete.
Click Get Started.
You'll be redirected to the Trakstar Learn portal.

Create Your Academy Account

The first time you access Trakstar Academy, you'll need to create a Trakstar Learn account.

Important: Your Trakstar Academy login is separate from your Trakstar Hire, Trakstar Learn, or Trakstar Perform account credentials.

If you've previously completed a Trakstar Academy course:

Select Already have an account? Log in.
If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot password? to reset it.

Troubleshooting

If you don't yet have an Academy account and are repeatedly redirected to the login page:

Open Trakstar Academy in an incognito or private browsing window.
Try registering again.
