Being new to any software system can feel like a lot. A great place to start is taking one (or more!) of our e-learning courses. These will get you an excellent base knowledge on how Trakstar Hire works.
We suggest you start with our online training courses for Hire (Recruiterbox) within Trakstar Academy. These courses are designed specifically for new admins and help you get up and running like a pro! You can enroll in these here.
Below we've outlined different tasks you may be doing in the system to help you pick the right course for your needs. If you still aren't sure, feel free to reach out to our team at any time!
"Super Admin" user roles:
- I am managing the hiring process for our organization and need to know everything about the system
- I have just recently upgraded my account, and I'd like to learn about the new features
"Hiring Team Manager" roles:
How to Access Trakstar Academy
Find the course you'd like to take, and click on it from the main page.
This will launch the course in Trakstar Learn. Click on Get Started to, well - get started!
This will bring you to Trakstar's Learn account. You will need to self-register. This login is not the same as your own Trakstar Learn, Hire, or Perform login.
If you have taken any of our courses before, you will have a login - you may be redirected to the Log in screen or click on Already have an account? Log in. from the registration page. If you are unsure of your password, click on Forgot password? to force a password reset
