Integration: Connect Trakstar Hire and ADP Workforce Now

The ADP Workforce Now integration allows you to move hired candidates from Trakstar Hire directly into your ADP account, helping streamline the transition from recruiting to HR.

What the ADP Integration Does

Once a candidate has been marked as Hired in Trakstar Hire, you can export that candidate to ADP Workforce Now. This helps eliminate duplicate data entry and moves new hires into your HR management system more efficiently.

Before You Begin

The ADP integration is configured by the Trakstar Hire Support team.

To request the integration:

• Contact hire@trakstar.com.
• The Support team will complete the connection between your Trakstar Hire account and ADP Workforce Now.

Verify the Integration

After the setup has been completed:

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. Locate the ADP integration.
3. Confirm the integration status displays Connected.

If needed, you can disconnect the integration at any time by selecting Disconnect from the integration settings.

Export a Hired Candidate to ADP

After the integration is connected:

1. Open the profile of a candidate who has been marked as Hired.

2. Click Add to ADP.

   

3. Review the information in the export form.

   • Some fields are automatically populated using information from the candidate's profile.

     

4. Complete any remaining required fields.

5. Submit the form.

   

When the form is submitted, Trakstar Hire sends the following information to ADP Workforce Now:

• Information entered on the export form
• The candidate's email address
• The candidate's phone number
