Integration: How to connect Trakstar Hire and ADP Workforce Now

Since the goal of using Hire is to find the perfect candidates, it also makes sense to move these candidates forward to your Human Resources Management System!

With our connection to ADP, you can do just that! 

What is it? 

The connection with ADP allows your team to export candidates you have marked as hired into your ADP account.

How do I set it up?

Reach out to our support team at hire@trakstar.com, and we will be happy to facilitate the setup of your integration with ADP! 

Once our team has completed the connection, you will be able to see the see ADP integration status as "Connected" on your Settings page. You can disconnect the integration anytime from their settings page themselves by clicking the "Disconnect" button:

I'm set up! Now what?

You will see an "Add to ADP" button in any candidate’s detail page which has been marked as hired:

Clicking on the "Add to ADP" button will display a form with some fields auto-populated:

When this form is submitted, the information in the form and the candidates' email address and phone number are sent to ADP.
