- Viewing and managing candidates
- Moving candidates through the hiring process
- Interacting with candidates
- Completing common recruiting workflows
The course is intended to help users become comfortable with the tools and processes for managing both openings and candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Enroll in the Course
To begin training, enroll in the Managing Candidates and Openings course through Trakstar Academy.
Accessing Trakstar Academy
After selecting the course:
- Open the course from the Trakstar Academy catalog.
- Click Get Started.
- You will be redirected to Trakstar Learn.
Create or Access Your Academy Account
A Trakstar Academy account is required to access course content.
New Users
If you have not previously used Trakstar Academy:
- Complete the self-registration process.
- Create your Academy account.
- Sign in to begin the course.
Existing Users
If you already have a Trakstar Academy account:
- Select Already have an account? Log in.
- Enter your Academy credentials.
- Access your enrolled courses.
Note: Trakstar Academy credentials are separate from your Trakstar Hire, Trakstar Learn, and Trakstar Perform account credentials.
Reset Your Password
If you cannot remember your password:
- Select Forgot password?
- Follow the prompts to reset your password.
- Sign in using your updated credentials.
Troubleshooting Registration Issues
If you are a new user and are repeatedly redirected to the login page instead of the registration page:
- Open Trakstar Academy in a private or incognito browser window.
- Attempt the registration process again.
Using a private browsing session can resolve issues caused by existing login sessions or cached browser data.
