We recommend starting with Trakstar Hire's online training courses available through Trakstar Academy.

These courses are designed for users who work with candidates in the hiring process and provide guided training to help you become proficient with Trakstar Hire.

About the Managing Candidates Course

The Recruiter course includes modules that cover:

• Navigating the system
• Viewing and managing candidates
• Interacting with candidates
• Leaving candidate reviews

This training is designed to help recruiters understand the core candidate management workflows used within Trakstar Hire.

Enroll in the Course

To begin training, enroll in the Managing Candidates course through Trakstar Academy.

Accessing Trakstar Academy

After selecting a course:

1. Open the course from the Trakstar Academy catalog.
2. Click Get Started.
3. You will be redirected to Trakstar Learn.

Create or Access Your Academy Account

To access the course, you must have a Trakstar Academy account.

• New users must complete the self-registration process.
• Existing users can sign in using their Academy credentials.

Note: Your Trakstar Academy login is separate from your Trakstar Hire, Trakstar Learn, or Trakstar Perform account credentials.

If you have previously enrolled in a course, select Already have an account? Log in.

If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot password? to reset it.

Troubleshooting

If you are a new user and are repeatedly redirected to the login page instead of the registration page:

1. Open Trakstar Academy in a private or incognito browser window.
2. Attempt registration again.
