Enrolling Your Team in Trakstar Academy

Logging In & Getting Started

Hi! Welcome to Trakstar Academy - we’re excited for you to get your team enrolled!

As a Trakstar Admin, you have been added to our own Trakstar Learn account.  This is where you can enroll your team in learning and monitor their progress in the courses. 

Do you need to be added to the Trakstar Academy Learn account?  Reach out to your customer success manager or support@trakstar.com - we are happy to help!

Ready to get started?  Follow the directions below!

  • Start by logging in to Trakstar Learn here: https://trakstarcustomertraining.learn.trakstar.com/
    • Note: This login is not the same username and password you used for other Trakstar products. It is your email address + the password you chose when setting up this account
    • If you’re having trouble logging in, we suggest trying from an incognito window!
  • Once logged in, you will see a dashboard with the stats for your team’s course completion:

Manage & Add Users to Trakstar Academy.

  • To add new users to Trakstar Academy, start by clicking on Users from the left navigation bar.
  • You will see just the users on your team who have already been enrolled in this Trakstar Learn account.
  • You can modify any of the users from this page by clicking on their name:

  • To add a new user to your account, click on the Add Users dropdown from the top right corner:

Adding Users Individually.

  • Select Individual from the drop-down menu under Add Users.
  • Fill in the details about the user, including First name, Last Name, and Email
  • Select Trainee under Choose Role.
    • Necessary: you must pick a group for your user. This is “company name: (your company)” - This is required for you to be able to manage the user. 
  • Select which courses you’d like to enroll this new user in.

Adding Users in Bulk.

  • Follow the directions for Learn user uploads by clicking here.
    • Necessary: you must pick a group for your user. This is “company name: (your company)” - This is required for you to be able to manage the user. 
  • You can also assign courses in bulk following these directions.

Enroll Users in Courses.

  • Navigate to the user you’ve created
  • You can also assign courses in bulk following these directions.

  • Once in their user profile, click “Invite” and then pick the correct courses for this user

Finding Courses for Your Team

The Trakstar Learn Academy Account courses are organized by product, type, and description.

For example:

  • Trakstar Hire: Workflow Trak: Creating Openings:  This is a course about Trakstar’s Hire product. It’s a course about a particular workflow, creating openings
  • Trakstar Perform: Role Trak: Admin:  This is a course about Trakstar’s Perform product. It’s a course for a particular user role, the Admin

You can search for the particular product “Trakstar Learn” (for example) - to find those courses: 

See Your Team’s Progress in a Course

Once your team is enrolled in the Trakstar Academy courses, you’ll want to check their status and ensure they are completing them!

You can view this information in their User Profile.  Access this by clicking on Users from the left navigation bar and selecting the user.  Navigate to the Courses tab. 

You’ll see all the courses they are enrolled in and if they have been completed.

You can also see this information inside of Reports.
