What is it?
With the scheduled reports feature, you can pre-schedule reports to be emailed to you on a set schedule.
How do I set it up?
To set up a new scheduled report, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the report you'd like to schedule, and apply any filters to the reporting data. Once it looks the way you'd like it to each time in the scheduled report, click on "Excel Report Scheduling" in the upper right-hand corner of the report.
To schedule the in-app Excel reports, you'll find the "schedule" option beside generate report:
- Next, fill in the scheduling information, including who you would like the report sent to and when you'd like it sent. You can also fill in the subject and body of the message, which will be sent along with the report so that the users will have context on what they're receiving. The report can be sent to any current Trakstar Hire user in your account.
How do I edit or delete scheduled reports?
- Once scheduled, you can return to the report to modify or cancel it at any time via the dropdown on the top right, where you picked to schedule the report:
- Here you can see your reports and those scheduled by others. Clicking edit or delete lets you change the reports you have scheduled yourself.
