Scheduling Reports

Overview
The Scheduled Reports feature allows you to automatically email reports to users in your Trakstar Hire account on a recurring schedule. You can configure a report once and have it delivered automatically based on your preferred timing.

Schedule a Report
To create a scheduled report:
- Navigate to the report you want to schedule.
- Apply any filters you want included in the report. These filters will be used each time the scheduled report is generated.

Select Schedule Report in the upper-right corner of the report.

Or at the bottom for the Excel report

- Complete the scheduling details, including:
- The recipients who should receive the report
- The delivery schedule
- An email subject

An email message to provide recipients with context about the report

Note: Reports can only be sent to current users within your Trakstar Hire account.
Edit or Delete a Scheduled Report
You can modify or remove a scheduled report at any time.
- Return to the report where the schedule was originally created.
- Open the scheduling dropdown in the upper-right corner.

View the list of scheduled reports.

From this list:
- Select Edit to update a report that you scheduled.

Select Delete to remove a scheduled report.

You can also view reports scheduled by other users, although you can only edit or delete reports that you created.
