Scheduling Reports

Overview

The Scheduled Reports feature allows you to automatically email reports to users in your Trakstar Hire account on a recurring schedule. You can configure a report once and have it delivered automatically based on your preferred timing.

Schedule a Report

To create a scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to the report you want to schedule.
  2. Apply any filters you want included in the report. These filters will be used each time the scheduled report is generated.
  3. Select Schedule Report in the upper-right corner of the report.

    Or at the bottom for the Excel report

  4. Complete the scheduling details, including:
    • The recipients who should receive the report
    • The delivery schedule
    • An email subject
    • An email message to provide recipients with context about the report

Note: Reports can only be sent to current users within your Trakstar Hire account.

Edit or Delete a Scheduled Report

You can modify or remove a scheduled report at any time.

  1. Return to the report where the schedule was originally created.
  2. Open the scheduling dropdown in the upper-right corner.
  3. View the list of scheduled reports.

From this list:

  • Select Edit to update a report that you scheduled.
  • Select Delete to remove a scheduled report.

You can also view reports scheduled by other users, although you can only edit or delete reports that you created.
