Integration: Connect Trakstar Hire and Reviewsnap

The Reviewsnap integration allows you to move hired candidates from Trakstar Hire directly into Reviewsnap, helping streamline the transition from recruiting to performance management.

What the Integration Does

Once a candidate has been marked as Hired in Trakstar Hire, you can export that candidate directly to your Reviewsnap account. This eliminates the need to manually recreate employee records after hiring.

Before You Begin

To complete the setup, you'll need access to:

• A Reviewsnap Admin account.
• A Trakstar Hire Super Admin account.

If these permissions belong to different people, have both administrators available during the setup process.

Generate an Integration Key in Reviewsnap

1. Sign in to Reviewsnap as an administrator.

2. Navigate to Settings → Company Settings.

   

3. Generate an Integration Key.

   

4. Copy the integration key. You'll use this key when connecting Trakstar Hire.

Connect Trakstar Hire to Reviewsnap

1. Sign in to Trakstar Hire as a Super Admin.

2. Navigate to Settings → Advanced Settings → Apps & Integrations.

   

3. Select Reviewsnap.

   

4. Click connect and enter the integration key generated in Reviewsnap.

   

5. Save the connection to complete the integration.

Add a Hired Candidate to Reviewsnap

After the integration has been configured:

1. Mark the candidate as Hired in Trakstar Hire.
2. Open the candidate's profile.

3. Click Add to Reviewsnap.

   

4. Complete any required information in the pop-up window.

   

5. Click Add to Reviewsnap again to send the candidate to Reviewsnap.

What Happens Next?

After the export is complete, the candidate's information is transferred to your Reviewsnap account, where you can continue your employee onboarding and performance management processes.
