Customize Your Email Signature

Overview

You can create a personalized email signature that is automatically included in emails you send from Trakstar Hire. A custom signature helps recipients identify the sender and provides consistent contact information in your recruiting communications.


Set Up Your Email Signature

To create or update your email signature:

  1. Go to Settings. Select Profile & password.

  2. Locate the Email Signature section.

  3. Enter or edit your signature.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Formatting Your Signature

The email signature editor supports basic text formatting, allowing you to create a professional signature that matches your organization's branding.

Depending on your configuration, you can include items such as:

  • Your name
  • Job title
  • Company name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Basic text formatting (such as bold, italics, and hyperlinks)

Your saved signature is automatically included in supported emails you send through Trakstar Hire.


Best Practices

For a clean, professional signature:

  • Keep your contact information up to date.
  • Use consistent formatting across your organization.
  • Include only business-related contact information.
  • Avoid excessive colors, fonts, or large images that may not display consistently across email clients.
