Customize Your Email Signature
Overview
You can create a personalized email signature that is automatically included in emails you send from Trakstar Hire. A custom signature helps recipients identify the sender and provides consistent contact information in your recruiting communications.
Set Up Your Email Signature
To create or update your email signature:

Go to Settings. Select Profile & password.

Locate the Email Signature section.

- Enter or edit your signature.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Formatting Your Signature
The email signature editor supports basic text formatting, allowing you to create a professional signature that matches your organization's branding.
Depending on your configuration, you can include items such as:
- Your name
- Job title
- Company name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Basic text formatting (such as bold, italics, and hyperlinks)
Your saved signature is automatically included in supported emails you send through Trakstar Hire.

Best Practices
For a clean, professional signature:
- Keep your contact information up to date.
- Use consistent formatting across your organization.
- Include only business-related contact information.
- Avoid excessive colors, fonts, or large images that may not display consistently across email clients.
