Hiring Pipeline Report

Overview

The Hiring Pipeline Report provides a visual overview of where candidates are in your hiring process for each job opening. Use this report to quickly understand your current pipeline, monitor candidate progression, and identify potential bottlenecks.

The report includes two views:

  • Current Snapshot – Displays where candidates are currently located in your hiring process.
  • Funnel – Displays how candidates have historically progressed through your hiring stages.

Access the Report

To open the Hiring Pipeline Report:

  1. Click the Reports icon in the left navigation menu.

  2. From the Reporting Dashboard, select Hiring Pipeline.



Current Snapshot View

The Current Snapshot view provides an at-a-glance summary of your hiring pipeline.

Candidates are organized by job opening, allowing you to quickly see how many candidates are currently in each hiring stage and decision status. This view is useful for monitoring active recruiting efforts and identifying openings that may require attention.

View Candidate Details

Select any number within the report to display the list of candidates contributing to that metric.

This allows you to quickly identify the individuals currently in a specific stage or decision status.


Funnel View

Select the Funnel view to analyze how candidates have moved through your hiring stages over time.

This view helps you:

  • Understand how candidates progress through each stage of your hiring process.
  • Identify stages where candidates most frequently exit the pipeline.
  • Detect potential bottlenecks that may be slowing your hiring process.
  • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of your recruiting workflow.


Best Practices

Review the Hiring Pipeline Report regularly to:

  • Monitor the current status of candidates across all openings.
  • Identify hiring stages where candidates may be accumulating.
  • Detect workflow bottlenecks that delay hiring.
  • Evaluate candidate progression through your hiring process.
  • Prioritize openings that require additional recruiting activity.
