Universal Account Search

Overview

Universal Account Search allows you to quickly search across your entire Trakstar Hire account from one location. Instead of navigating through multiple pages, you can search for items such as candidates, job openings, users, and other records directly from anywhere in the application.

Open Universal Account Search

You can access Universal Account Search at any time by:

• Clicking the Search field in the lower-left corner of Trakstar Hire.

  

• Using the keyboard shortcut:
  • Ctrl + K (Windows)
  • ⌘ + K (Mac)

Search Your Account

After opening Universal Account Search:

1. Begin typing the name or keyword you're looking for.
2. Matching results appear as you type.
3. Select a result to open it directly.

Universal Account Search helps you quickly locate information without manually navigating through menus or lists.

Tips for Better Search Results

To find items more quickly:

• Search using a candidate's name or email address.

  

• Search by job opening name.

  

• Search for users by name.

  

• Enter enough characters to narrow the list of matching results.
