The Interviewers and Reviewers Report
Overview
The Interviewers & Reviewers Report provides insight into how your team participates in interviews and candidate reviews. Use this report to understand collaboration across your hiring team, identify coaching opportunities, and monitor how quickly feedback is submitted.
Why Use This Report?
A successful hiring process relies on consistent participation from your interviewers and reviewers. This report helps you:
- See how interviews and reviews are distributed across your team.
- Identify users who consistently rate candidates significantly higher or lower than others.
- Monitor how quickly interview evaluations and review feedback are submitted.
- Recognize coaching opportunities to improve consistency and reduce bias.
- Evaluate whether consistently low candidate ratings may indicate a need to revisit your sourcing strategy or candidate pool.
Access the Report
To open the Interviewers & Reviewers Report:

Click the Reports icon in the left navigation menu.

On the Reporting Dashboard, select Interviewers & Reviewers.

Report Views
The report contains two tabs:

| Interviewers | Displays metrics related to interview evaluations and interviewer activity. |
| Reviewers | Displays metrics related to candidate reviews and reviewer activity. |
Filter the Report
Use Add Filter to narrow the report to the data you want to analyze.

Filters allow you to focus on specific users, openings, date ranges, or other available criteria, making it easier to review the performance of particular teams or hiring activities.
Report Metrics
The Interviewers & Reviewers Report includes several metrics to help evaluate team participation.
Interview and Review Distribution
See how interviews and reviews are distributed across your hiring team to determine whether work is being shared evenly or concentrated among a small number of users.

Candidate Rating Distribution
Review how each interviewer or reviewer rates candidates over time.

A balanced distribution of ratings generally indicates consistent evaluations, while users who frequently rate candidates much higher or lower than their peers may benefit from additional coaching or calibration.
Feedback Completion
Monitor whether interviewers and reviewers are submitting their evaluations and identify users with outstanding or delayed feedback.

Average Feedback Time
The section displays the average amount of time it takes users to submit feedback:

- Interviewers: Time between completion of an interview and submission of the interview evaluation.
- Reviewers: Time between a review request being sent and submission of the review feedback.
Best Practices
Consider reviewing this report regularly to:
- Balance interview and review workloads across your team.
- Coach users whose candidate ratings consistently differ from the rest of the hiring team.
- Encourage timely completion of interview evaluations and candidate reviews.
- Monitor overall participation in your hiring process to keep recruiting workflows moving efficiently.
