Understanding the Report
The Stage Movement Report can show you if movement/decision of candidates is slower in some openings versus others: hovering over each section of the graph displays the name of the stage as well as the average in days.

On an opening-by-opening basis you can see if candidates are taking longer in one stage versus another:

For each stage, you can review:
- The number of candidates who entered the stage.
- The percentage of candidates who advanced to the next stage.
-
The percentage of candidates who did not continue through the hiring process.

This information helps you evaluate the effectiveness of each stage in your recruiting workflow.

You can view the stage movement within the candidate's profile, on their timeline
