Opening Activity Report

What is it?

The opening activity report allows you to do a quick checkup on your openings at a glance.

Get an overview of the candidates in an opening, the number of candidates who have been sent for review, the number of interviews scheduled, and the number marked as hired.

How do I access the report?

You can access this report from your reports dashboard, just as you do your other reports.

Click the "Reports" icon on the left bar of your Trakstar Hire screen.

This displays the Reporting Dashboard. From here, click on "Opening Activity" to view this report.

Within the report, you can see the number of candidates in an opening, the number of candidates who have been sent for review, the number of interviews scheduled, and the number of candidates marked as hired.

Add filters

At the top of the report, you can filter the data by opening or any of a large variety of filters, allowing you to narrow down on just the data you're looking to see. You can click "Add Filter" to filter this report:

We've also included custom date filters for whatever date range you'd like:

Customizable Sort:

Your hiring practice is unique - you can make the opening activity report just as unique! You can choose to sort the report by the metric that is most helpful for your reporting:
