Using the Hire Dashboard

The Hire Dashboard provides a high-level view of your recruiting activity, helping you monitor hiring progress, candidate movement, and open positions from a single location.


Access the Hire Dashboard

After logging into Trakstar Hire, the Dashboard opens automatically. You can also return to it at any time by selecting Dashboard from the navigation menu.

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard gives you visibility into your recruiting activity, including:

  • Open jobs
  • Active candidates
  • Candidate pipeline activity
  • Recent hiring activity
  • Upcoming recruiting tasks
  • Other recruiting metrics available to your organization

The information displayed helps recruiters and hiring managers quickly understand the current state of their hiring efforts.


Dashboard Widgets

The Dashboard is organized into widgets that summarize important recruiting information.

Depending on your permissions and organization settings, you may see widgets for:

  • Candidate activity
  • Job activity
  • Hiring pipeline progress
  • Interviews
  • Tasks
  • Recent candidate actions

Each widget provides a quick snapshot and may allow you to navigate to additional details.

Your Tasks

The Your Tasks section acts as your personal to-do list within Trakstar Hire. It highlights the actions you need to complete or be aware of to keep candidates moving through the hiring process.

Depending on your role and permissions, tasks may include:

  • Candidates that are ready for you to move to the next stage of the hiring process or make a hiring decision.
  • Interviews scheduled for today.
  • Candidates you need to send to colleagues for review.
  • Candidate reviews that are waiting for your feedback.
  • New emails from candidates.
  • New internal comments assigned to you, including comments awaiting your response.
  • Offer letters that require your approval or signature.

Everything Else

The Everything Else section displays tasks that are currently assigned to other team members for candidates you are responsible for.

Use this section to monitor outstanding work and help keep the hiring process moving.

Examples include:

  • Candidate evaluations and reviews you've requested from colleagues that are still pending.
  • Interview invitations that colleagues have not yet accepted.
  • Internal comments that are waiting for a response from another team member.

Filter Dashboard Data

Depending on your permissions, you may be able to filter Dashboard information by:

  • Opening
  • User

Changing filters updates the information displayed throughout the Dashboard.
