Add or Update Your Company Logo

Super Admins can customize the appearance of their Hosted Careers Site by adding or updating their company logo. Your logo is displayed on your Hosted Careers Site to help reinforce your organization's branding.

Before You Begin

• You must have Super Admin permissions to update your company's branding.
• If you don't have access to these settings, contact a Super Admin for assistance.

Add a Company Logo

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Job Boards & Publishing.

3. Click Careers Site.

   

4. Locate the logo section beneath your Hosted Careers Site URL.

   

5. Upload your company logo.
6. Save your changes, if prompted.

Update an Existing Logo

If your company already has a logo configured and you'd like to change it:

1. Go to Settings → Job Boards & Publishing → Careers Site.

2. Click the pencil (edit) icon next to the current logo.

   

3. Select and upload your new logo.
4. Save your changes, if prompted.

Social Media Logo

You can also upload a separate logo specifically for social media. This option is available near the bottom of the Careers Site page and is independent of your Hosted Careers Site logo.
