Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts can help you navigate Trakstar Hire more efficiently and reduce the number of clicks needed to complete common tasks.

Access shortcuts

1. Go to Settings > App Preferences:

   

2. Click the checkbox to enable the shortcuts and then click "Save Preferences"

Available Keyboard Shortcuts

Using Universal Search

Universal Search lets you quickly find information across your account without navigating through menus.

1. Press Ctrl + K (Windows) or ⌘ + K (Mac).
2. Start typing the name of a candidate, opening, or other searchable item.
3. Select the appropriate result to navigate directly to it.

Tips

• Keyboard shortcuts are available anywhere in Trakstar Hire unless your cursor is focused in a field that overrides the shortcut.
• Using Universal Search is often the fastest way to locate candidates, openings, and other records in your account.
