What kind of email templates should I set up?

Templates are a great way to save you time while still ensuring you're communicating effectively and consistently with your candidates!

You can find step-by-step directions on setting up your email templates in your account here.  Looking for a few examples, you can borrow and make your own?  We've got them for you right here!  Please copy and paste our pre-written templates into your account.  They're complete with fillable fields, so they'll be customized for every candidate.  Be sure to set up your email signature so that each email will have your sign-off and contact details.

Phone Interview Template

Below you'll find a link to pick a time that works well for your calendar.
If none of those spots work for you, let me know, and we can look a few days further out. Once you pick a time, you'll receive an invite for our interview.

Video Interview Template

Face to Face Interview Template

Group Video Interview Template
