Opening Filters
On the left side of the Openings list page, you'll find options for filtering. These filters allow you to hone in on the openings you want to see.
You can even combine different filters with building your unique opening list!

Preset Filters
First, you can pick from the list of preset filters. These are what you are accustomed to seeing on the left side of your opening list:

Custom Filters
Below Preset Filters, you'll find the option to +Add Filter. This lets you create your filter combinations!

All About Filters
Below is a breakdown of what each filter does:
- Assigned To: You can view openings assigned to yourself, or to a particular user
- Status: Filter by openings in a particular status (Published, Used Internally, Not Accepting Candidates, Archived, Draft, Active, or ALL)
- Teams: Filter by opening Team (learn about opening teams by clicking here!)
- Tags: Filter by opening Tags (learn about opening tags by clicking here!)
- Stage Coordinator: Filter by a particular user who is a stage coordinator
- City: Filter by city
- State: Filter by state
- Country: Filter by country
- Custom Field: Filter by custom field (learn about Custom Fields by clicking here!)
Save Filters and Set Your Default Filters
To save filters, click Save filter group.

When saving, you can also set this as a default filter, meaning it will be the filter that displays each time you open your opening list.

How else can I set a default filter?
Alternatively, you can set any preset filters as your default under Settings > App Preferences.

Deleting Filters
Should you need to delete a filter you create or edit the name, you can do so by clicking the edit pencil to the right of the filter.
