What Job Boards Does Trakstar Hire Integrate With?
Trakstar Hire includes built-in integrations with several job boards, making it easy to publish your openings and collect applications in one place. Depending on the job board, postings may be available through either free distribution or paid sponsorship.
Job board integrations are managed at the account level. When enabled, published openings are automatically shared with the selected job boards, and all applications are routed back to your Trakstar Hire account.
Free Job Boards
Trakstar Hire supports free distribution to the following job boards:

Paid Job Boards
Paid or sponsored postings are available for:

| iimjobs | Available only for India-based jobs. Payment information is collected during setup, but no additional charge is applied through Trakstar Hire. |
Enable Free Job Board Distribution
A Super Admin can enable free job board integrations for the entire account.
To enable free job boards:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Job Boards & Publishing.
- Open Job Posts Settings.
- Make sure your Hosted Careers Site is enabled.
- Confirm that your company email address has been added under Company Profile.
- Select the free job boards you want to use.
- Save your changes.
Once enabled, all current and future published openings will be distributed to the selected job boards.
Scroll down and select the job boards you would like your current and future published openings to post to.
Purchase a Paid Job Posting
To sponsor a job on a supported paid job board:
- Open the job opening.
- Click Advertise Job.
- Select the Paid tab.
- Choose the job board you want to use.
- Click Buy Posting.
- Enter your payment information to complete the purchase.
Note: iimjobs is available only for India-based jobs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't my job appearing on a job board?
After publishing an opening, it can take 24–48 hours for supported job boards to process and display the posting. Processing times vary by provider.
Why was my job posting suppressed?
Some job boards may suppress postings that request highly sensitive personal information, such as:
- Social Security numbers
- Driver's license numbers
- Bank account information
These requests can cause a posting to appear suspicious. If this information is required, consider collecting it later in your hiring process instead.
Can I purchase sponsored postings for Indeed or LinkedIn?
No.
LinkedIn no longer supports its previous third-party integration with Trakstar Hire.
Sponsored Indeed postings are not available through this integration. If you need sponsored advertising on Indeed or LinkedIn, you'll need to work directly with those platforms.
Do job postings expire?
Job postings that have been live for more than 30 days may receive less visibility on some job boards.
To improve visibility, you can refresh the posting. Refreshing moves the job higher in supported job board feeds, but does not change the original published date. If you need a new posted date, archive the opening and create a new one.
What's the difference between free and paid job board postings?
Both options distribute your job to candidates, but they work differently:
