Set Up Automatic Reminders for Reviews and Evaluations

Automatic reminders help keep your hiring process moving by reminding team members to complete outstanding Interview and Review feedback.

Before You Begin

Only Super Admins can configure automatic reminders for Interviews and Reviews.


Enable Automatic Reminders

To configure automatic reminders:

  1. Click the Settings gear in the lower-left corner of Trakstar Hire (or click your profile initials in the upper-right corner).
  2. Navigate to Interview and Review Configurations.

  3. Locate the automatic reminder settings.
  4. Select the reminder frequency that works best for your team.

  5. Save your changes.

Once enabled, Trakstar Hire automatically sends reminder emails to users with outstanding Interview or Review feedback based on the schedule you selected.

Send Manual Reminders

Automatic reminders do not replace manual reminders. You can send these from the Candidate profile under the Feedback tab.

You can still send reminders at any time from the candidate's profile if you want to prompt reviewers before the next scheduled reminder.

I'm Not Seeing This Feature

Automatic reminders are available on select Trakstar Hire pricing plans.

If you do not see the reminder settings in Interview and Review Configurations, your subscription may not include this feature. Contact Trakstar to learn more about upgrading your plan.
