Features Covered

Candidate Self Scheduling

Allow candidates to choose their own interview date and time, reducing the back-and-forth communication typically required to coordinate interview availability.

Hiring Requests

Request headcount approval for new positions using a fully customizable request form. This allows organizations to complete another stage of the hiring process directly within Trakstar Hire.

Video Assessments

Ask candidates to record and upload video responses to questionnaire prompts. Video assessments can help recruiters learn more about candidates before scheduling interviews or narrow the interview pool earlier in the hiring process.

Auto-Close Dates for Openings

Set a future date for an opening to automatically close and stop accepting new applications. The closing date is also displayed to prospective applicants so they know when applications will no longer be accepted.

Offer Letter Management

Send offer letters directly through Trakstar Hire, including collecting electronic signatures from both internal team members and candidates.

Scheduled Reports

Automatically email recurring reports on a weekly, monthly, or other scheduled basis instead of generating them manually each time.

Unbiased Interview Feedback

Prevent interviewers from being influenced by teammates' feedback by allowing each reviewer to submit their evaluation independently before viewing others' responses.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Use your organization's Single Sign-On (SSO) provider to manage user authentication and logins for Trakstar Hire.

Dashboard Visibility Across Users

Administrators can switch between and view the dashboards of other Trakstar Hire users.

Configure interview evaluation criteria so selected components are required while others remain optional.

Radius Search for the Hosted Career Site

Enable candidates using your hosted Careers site to search for openings based on distance from a specified location.

Bulk User Management

Create users, disable accounts, and modify user access through a bulk upload process.

Flagged Fields

Designate required fields on candidate profiles and display those fields consistently across all candidate records.

Bulk Candidate Emailing

Send emails to large groups of candidates without the previous limitation of emailing only 20 candidates at a time.
