  • Candidate Self Scheduling: Let candidates choose their interview date/time, eliminating the back and forth of trying to figure out when you're both available to chat.
  • Hiring Requests: Request a headcount and approval for the new position through a fully customizable form.  This allows you to complete one more step of the hiring process completely in Recruiterbox
  • Video assessments: Have candidates record and upload videos as their answers to questionnaires. Super helpful in getting to know a candidate ahead of a face-to-face interview, or narrowing down the number of interviews you decide to schedule.
  • Auto-Close Dates for Openings: Choose a certain date in the future when you would like an opening to auto-close and no longer accept new candidates. This date will be shown to people who are considering applying, so that they know until when the opening will be accepting new candidates.
  • Offer Letter Management: Send offer letters through Trakstar Hire (Recruiterbox), including capturing electronic signatures from your team and the candidate.
  • Scheduled reports: If you run the same reports every month, or every week, schedule these reports to be emailed to you automatically.
  • Unbiased Interview Feedback: When leaving interview feedback, you want your team to leave the feedback based on how they truly feel about the candidate - instead of being influenced by the feedback their teammates leave.
  • SSO logins for Hire: Use your SSO provider to manage the logins for Trakstar Hire
  • Dashboard visibility across users: As an Admin, you can toggle between the dashboards of all of your Hire users
  • Mandatory Evaluation Criteria: Pick interview evaluation criteria components to be mandatory, or optional
  • Radius Search for the Hosted Career Site: Enable candidates to be able to search by distance from a location on your Hosted Careers site
  • Bulk User Management: Create, disable and modify access for users via a bulk upload
  • Flagged Fields: Add required fields to the candidate profile, and have them display on all profiles
  • Bulk Candidate Emailing: Remove the restriction of 20 candidates at a time - complete bulk actions and email everyone in a list.
